A SHOE CAN BE… by René van den Berg

“Balancing on the edge of what’s feasible. We develop new materials and explore the tension between form and function. The result? Striking sculptures, special partnerships and most exclusive footwear.

(RvdB, KJ)

I feel a great personal drive to innovate. Various materials inspire me to experiment.
The shape of a piece of jewellery, a plant or the skin of a reptile can trigger me to create a new pair of shoes.”
