Ever wonder why Kate Moss usually goes super-mini or black-tie long when it comes to her fabulous dresses? I always thought it was because she wanted to show off her supermodel legs and her timeless, vintage-inspired style.
Nope, turns out the Glamour style icon has another reason.
“I never do midcalf,” Kate told the Sunday Times via Daily Mail U.K. “I’ve got bow legs. I can’t.”
She’s has gone as far as shortening “loads” of dresses to mini-mini lengths. And Kate has some really nice designer stuff. She even gave a £40,000 ($67,000) coat the chop!
“Because it was midcalf,” Kate explained. “I can’t do midcalf. I’ve got bow legs, so if I do a midcalf look, I look bandy. I mean, I know my lengths.”
What? Because I think Kate is pretty damn perfect. But that’s her style rule, and, hey, even supermodels want to dress to fit their own comfort level. Guess the season’s midiskirt won’t be one of Kate’s spring wardrobe staples though.
