Maison Laponte Milano created a collection with minimal taste with impeccable attention to detail. The fabrics like viscose alongside the weight of zippers give a perfect shape and strength to all leaders.

Gianandrea Sergi, the designer of this Italian fashion label, presented his minimalistic collection,Autumn/Winter 2015/2016, in black, white and red, at the runway during the Amsterdam Fashion Week in Amsterdam. Sergi went for femininity and color – elements in asymmetrical dresses, beautifully cut jackets and under a variety of pleated skirts and trousers. He showed us that this wearable collection for upcoming fall/winter has got the perfect balance

with different fabrics and zipper details. Sergi used viscose for an luxurious look. Viscose, known of it’s ability to absorb moisture an contain warmth. There are even accessories like bracelets with zippers. Very original.

Gianandrea Sergi has also created designs for men which can be found on the website (the link below this article). Lately Sergi designed especially for the Dutch singer Dimello, who launched his first single with French Montana. For me a graphical challenge to sketch these illustrations. We can expect a lot from Maison Laponte, stay tuned!
